The enrollment batches of each province are generally undergraduate, and the second batch is two universities. Ningbo University, referred to as Ningda, is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is a university co-founded by China people, Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and Ningbo Municipal People's Government. It is also a university jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government.
