Sichuan Tourism University

Sichuan Tourism College, sponsored by Sichuan Provincial People's Government, is the first full-time undergraduate college named after "tourism" in China. 20 13 was approved by the Ministry of Education and was formed by the merger of Sichuan Cuisine College and Sichuan Agricultural Management Cadre College.

The school is a national 100 "Application-oriented Undergraduate Production-Education Integration Development Project", a pilot university for comprehensive reform of "Three-Round Education" in Sichuan Province, and a pilot university for overall transformation, development and reform of undergraduate colleges in Sichuan Province.

Shanghai Tourism College

Founded in 1979, the school is the earliest independent tourism college in China. It once belonged to the former National Tourism Administration and was managed by Shanghai in 2000. In August, 2003, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Shanghai Tourism College and School of Urban and Tourism of Shanghai Normal University merged to form Shanghai Normal University Tourism College, which carried out academic education at all levels from junior college to master's degree.

Yangzhou University (cooking school)

Tourism Cuisine College is a characteristic college affiliated to Yangzhou University. It was established on 1998 by the Department of Cooking and Nutrition Science of the former Business School of Yangzhou University and the Department of Tourism Management of the former Teachers College. The specialty of cooking and nutrition education was founded in 1983, which is the first in China.

In 2002, the College of Food Science and Engineering of Yangzhou University was transformed from the Department of Food Processing of Agricultural College of Yangzhou University. In the same year, Yangzhou University established the "two brands, one team" system of Yangzhou University Tourism Cuisine College and Food Science and Engineering College. In July 2022, the College of Tourism and Cuisine of Yangzhou University was established independently.
