He is currently the head of the Department of Electronic Communication Engineering, and is responsible for the overall administration of the department. He was awarded "Advanced Individual in Three Education Principles" by zhengzhou institute of aeronautical industry management for many times, and was awarded as an advanced individual in undergraduate teaching evaluation of Zhengzhou Aviation College in 1998 and 2006 respectively. In 2006, he was rated as the academic and technical leader of Henan Provincial Department of Education, and in 2008, he was hired as a master tutor by Henan University of Science and Technology. Hua Hongyan, female, from Yushan, Jiangxi, professor, party member. He graduated from Zhengzhou Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and automation, and a doctorate in automatic control from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is currently the deputy director of the Department of Electronic Communication Engineering, in charge of teaching. Since my work, I have won many honorary titles such as advanced worker, advanced individual of "three educations", advanced individual of scientific research and advanced individual of internship. He published 2 textbooks and more than 30 papers, which were collected and searched by EI, and won the Excellent Paper Award of Henan Natural Science and the Excellent Paper Award of Henan Education Department. He presided over the completion of a number of key scientific and technological projects and basic research projects of Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and won the second prize of scientific and technological achievements of Henan Provincial Department of Education and the second prize of teaching achievements of Henan Provincial Department of Education; Completed a number of engineering projects, and won the first prize and the second prize of scientific and technological progress of machinery industry in Henan Province respectively.
