Article 6 When members are transferred from one grassroots organization to another, they must go through the formalities of organizational relationship transfer in time.
Eighth members have the freedom to quit the league. If members want to leave the League, they should submit a written report to the branch committee, which will decide to remove them and report them to the superior committee for the record.
For six consecutive months, members who do not pay the tour fee, participate in the organization and life of the group, or do not do the work assigned by the group organization for six consecutive months without justifiable reasons are deemed to have left the group on their own. If a member leaves the League voluntarily, the general meeting of the branch will decide to remove his name and report it to the superior committee for approval.
