Agricultural University Animal Hospital originated from the Department of Veterinary Medicine of Peking University Agricultural College and was established in 1905. 1949 merged with the veterinary departments of Peking University Agricultural College, Tsinghua University and North China University to form the newly established veterinary department of Beijing Agricultural University. 1993 10 The Department of Clinical Medicine, School of Animal Medicine, Beijing Agricultural University was established, which consists of animal hospital, pathological diagnosis room, surgical department, internal medicine department, obstetrics department and Chinese veterinary department, and undertakes clinical teaching, scientific research, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of clinical animal diseases in animal hospitals. 1996 was renamed as Animal Hospital of China Agricultural University. After the establishment of the department of clinical medicine, the "three-three-three system" was implemented, that is, scientific research, teaching and clinical practice were combined, and clinicians participated in the teaching of related courses to give full play to their rich clinical experience; Teachers in clinical departments are rich in professional knowledge, and regularly participate in clinical duty work in animal hospitals every year, which has successfully completed the teaching tasks of clinical courses; Clinical teachers and clinicians form a research team to solve clinical problems and develop in the direction of expert outpatient service. At present, among the clinical teachers in the Animal Hospital of Agricultural University, there are 5 professors, associate professors, senior veterinarians 13, lecturers, veterinarians, experimenters 10, 4 teaching assistants and assistants, 4 teachers in the teaching and research section of clinical departments 14 have doctor or postdoctoral degrees in veterinary medicine, and 5 have master's degrees in veterinary medicine.
