The establishment of college counselors can be divided into two ways. The first is the counselor introduced through the personnel agency. Their education is usually master's degree or below, and they are contract workers, not career establishment. However, if there are places, they have the opportunity to change their career establishment (formal establishment), and the probability of becoming a full member is very high. The second way is to directly sign a contract with colleges and universities (career establishment), and such counselors need a master's degree or above. Their probation period is generally 1 year. If there are no big mistakes, or even excellent performance, it will generally be smoothly transferred to the formal establishment.
