March 2003 1 day:

People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education issued the Reply on Agreeing to the Pilot Project of City College of Dalian University of Technology, and agreed that Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Songyuan Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. would cooperate to pilot the City College of Dalian University of Technology.

2, April 28, 2005:

At the 15 national conference on the construction of educational network system, the college was hired as the governing unit of China Education Development Network; In the same month, the College established the Basic Teaching Department and the Network and Computer Center.

3. June 5, 2006 to1October 38:

The College has set up a foreign language school and an art school, and the School of Management has set up a logistics management department.

4.2007:

Recommended by the Ministry of Education and China Independent College, the college is the executive director of the Teaching Research Association of China Independent College; In the same year, the College established the School of Architecture and Engineering.

5.2009:

The College established the College of Arts and Media.
