Article 4 Candidates who meet one of the following conditions will be admitted as non-directional (public-funded) graduate students in the plan, and will be awarded a general scholarship 300 yuan every month; If the non-directional indicators in the plan are completed, students will be admitted at their own expense, but tuition fees will be exempted, and 300 yuan ordinary scholarships will be issued every month.

Article 5 Full-time undergraduate graduates from "2 1 1" or "985" universities who have reached the national second-class regional score line and are admitted as full-time master's students are exempted from tuition fees and given a general scholarship of 200 yuan every month. Other transfers admit full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, and the tuition fee is reduced by 2000 yuan per year.

Article 6 The system of granting research grants to full-time graduate students by graduate tutors shall be implemented. The research subsidy granted by tutors to doctoral students is not less than that of 500 yuan, and the research subsidy granted to master students is not less than 100 yuan per month.
