Only this year's outstanding ordinary full-time vocational college graduates, some provinces should be able to apply for previous graduates (including retired ordinary college students and soldiers entering ordinary colleges and universities without examination). Different provinces, cities and schools have different regulations. Some provinces, cities and schools require a score of 425 in CET-4, and there is no record of failing.
