President Hu said that "Double N Plan" is an IT higher vocational education project under Education. The "Double N" program lasts for one year, adopts a full-time closed intensive training mode, and has a set of practical curriculum system, including computer network engineering, computer network technology and digital design, and recruits students who have graduated from high school or equivalent education. Compared with the computer major in universities, the learning cost of the double-N program system is much lower as long as 1/3 or 1/4, which is very suitable for some students with poor family economic situation. In order to solve this seemingly insurmountable difficulty, the Double N Plan adheres to the principle of "two corresponding to one implementation". First of all, in terms of professional setting, it completely corresponds to the post. In the dual-N-plan curriculum system, three majors correspond to 1~2 core positions and several related positions, and describe the skills requirements, quality requirements, working environment and career development of the positions in detail, which is similar to the job descriptions of IT enterprises. Secondly, in terms of curriculum, it completely corresponds to job skills. This makes more than 30 courses a year, each of which is a professional course, without any waste, and the proportion of practical class hours in each professional course is as high as 70%, effectively ensuring the learning effect. Finally, in every semester and every course, there are a lot of employment knowledge and work cases throughout, ensuring that the content of each class can be learned and used.
Double-N graduates are now all over the central cities of the country and are widely welcomed by enterprises. Employers generally reflect that double-N graduates have solid basic skills, strong practical ability, short post adaptation period and good technical pertinence. Double-N School was established only three years ago. In 2008, nearly 5,000 students graduated, and it achieved an impressive one-time employment rate of 85%.

In the investigation, the reporter found that most of the students in the double N program scored higher than 450 points in the college entrance examination, and a considerable number of them scored more than "one book", with the highest score reaching 623 points; Nearly 75% of double-N students come from rural families, and the rest come from cities and towns, but the family income is basically not plentiful. The reason why I chose double N is basically because I can find a self-supporting job after a year of study. Because, for their families, double N is a higher and faster education investment than four years of college.
When the reporter asked President Hu for proof on this issue, he was silent for a long time, and then slowly talked to the reporter about his views on the current education situation.
He said that education is the representative of social conscience, and the Constitution gives every citizen the same right to education. However, children from ordinary families are given unfair opportunities to receive education. Under the condition of insufficient preparation of teaching resources, expanding enrollment, not only the teaching quality can not be guaranteed, but also the quality training of students is ignored, thus causing the social problem of difficult employment for college graduates.
From its design concept when it was born, the Double N Plan decided that it was a higher vocational education project for civilian children. Civilian families want a faster return on education investment, so the school system is one year; They want higher returns, so the majors chosen by the school are IT majors with strong skills competition; They want to spend every penny on the cutting edge, so the course is very professional and precise; They hope that the risk of failure is small, so the school implements practical teaching in an all-round way, continuously improves the teaching quality, and ensures that it meets the requirements of employers; Their social network is lacking, so the school is equipped with enough employment guidance teachers according to 10 times the employment teacher standard required by the Ministry of Education, and has prepared tens of thousands of counterpart positions for them.

No matter how good the curriculum system design is, it will become empty talk if it cannot be implemented in students' autonomous learning. How to make students study rationally is a headache for many universities. However, in double N schools, such worries seem unnecessary.
In the double n program, the reporter saw the students get up at 7 o'clock on time. In addition to enthusiastic morning exercises and orderly breakfast, the scene of groups of students reading in the morning under the national flag left a particularly deep impression on people. At 8: 40, the students consciously lined up in the teaching building according to the class and entered the classroom and laboratory in an orderly manner. Thousands of students behave quietly and peacefully. There are no shoe prints and ball prints common in other universities on the walls of the teaching building, and there is no garbage everywhere on campus. Students' dormitories and beds are also neat, as if in a military camp.
President Hu said that everyone has ideals and pursuits, especially these 17-year-old teenagers. As an educator, the primary task is to teach students to distinguish right from wrong, good and evil, beauty and ugliness through various educational means and technologies, and to stimulate their yearning and pursuit for a better and happier life, so as to form interest in learning and courage and confidence to overcome difficulties in the learning process.
