The administrative departments of labor security, schools, practice units and other organs or institutions shall protect the rights and interests of college students during the probation period. If the internship unit infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of interns, the school should actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of interns, or interns can report and complain to the administrative department of labor security in time.

"Regulations on Labor Security Supervision" Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the labor security supervision of enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households (hereinafter referred to as employers). The labor security supervision of occupation introduction institutions, occupation skill training institutions and occupation skill appraisal institutions shall be implemented in accordance with these regulations. "Regulations on the Management of Students' Internship in Vocational Schools" Article 32 Vocational schools and internship units shall establish the principle of safety first and strictly implement the national and local regulations on safety in production and occupational health. The competent department of vocational schools shall, jointly with relevant departments, strengthen the supervision and inspection of practice safety.
