Delayed graduation counts as fresh graduates. Delaying graduation means extending the academic system, and students' personnel files remain in the school. The graduation time this year is subject to the signature on the graduation certificate.
There are generally two situations for postponing graduation. One is that you have gone through the formalities of suspension from school, but you need to go back to retake the course next semester. The other is that students delay admission without going through the formalities of leaving school, so that students are the next fresh graduates.
Choose to postpone graduation.

2. Failing to meet the graduation requirements; Some people who choose to delay graduation are forced to delay graduation because they failed the exam and did not complete the credits. Some students are unable to graduate in time because they did not complete their dissertations.
3. Students' personal reasons; Because the law stipulates that college students can get married, some students who have not made good plans have completed major events in life ahead of schedule, and some female students have applied for postponement of graduation because they are pregnant and are not suitable for continuing their studies. Some students want to extend their study time because of special circumstances such as double degree, communication and entrepreneurship.
