2012 July 1 1, China university of political science and law, Jilin university and Wuhan university * * * jointly established the judicial civilization collaborative innovation center in Beijing. At the signing ceremony, Zhu Yong, vice president of China University of Political Science and Law, Wu Zhenwu, vice president of Jilin University, and Luo Yuting, deputy secretary of Wuhan University, first signed an agreement to jointly build a collaborative innovation center for judicial civilization among the three universities. All three universities have national key disciplines of law, and the key research bases of the Ministry of Education-China University of Political Science and Law, Institute of Litigation Law of the Ministry of Education, Key Laboratory of Evidence Science, Research Center of Theoretical Law of Jilin University and Institute of Environmental Law of Wuhan University are research entities for cultivating and establishing collaborative innovation centers, which embodies the requirements of the Ministry of Education for "strong alliance".
The Center for Collaborative Innovation of Judicial Civilization was established by China University of Political Science and Law, Jilin University and Wuhan University in response to the spirit of the third national project "20 1 1 plan" of higher education system. This center passed the preliminary examination of the Ministry of Education in March, 20 13, and was officially recognized as one of the first batch of 14 collaborative innovation centers in China by the Ministry of People's and Education in April, 2013.

China University of Political Science and Law as the leading university, Jilin University and Wuhan University as the main participating universities, and the public security organs. * * * There are 38 domestic cooperative units (3 universities, 30 judicial organs such as courts and procuratorates, and 5 trade organizations), including 8 foreign universities, research institutes and 6 foreign professors. Among the full-time researchers in the Center, there are 69 from China University of Political Science and Law, 38 from Jilin University and 23 from Wuhan University.
The center has a board of directors, an academic committee, a joint meeting of directors of the center, a central office and a joint secretariat, and the director responsibility system is implemented under the leadership of the board of directors and the academic committee.
