1, Diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The earliest research on respiratory diseases in China was carried out in the 1970s, and it was at an advanced level in the prevention and treatment of chronic bronchitis and emphysema. The national project of preventing and treating emphysema in elafin has been applied in clinic with good results.

2. Diagnosis and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases

It has certain advantages in distinguishing refractory pneumonia, severe pneumonia, lung abscess, secondary infection of bronchiectasis, tuberculosis and pneumonia. By using fast and accurate bacterial culture method and selecting antibiotics scientifically according to the results of drug sensitivity test, the cure rate of such diseases is obviously improved and the hospitalization time is obviously shortened. More than 20 papers have been published in this field.

3. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy, lung biopsy and bronchoalveolar lavage.

It is mainly used for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer and interstitial lung diseases, the etiological examination of pulmonary infectious diseases and the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases such as alveolar proteinosis. At present, nearly a thousand cases have been carried out in this department, and the effect is good.

4, lung function examination (including diffusion function measurement)

There is an automatic lung function machine in respiratory medicine, which can be used for general physical examination, diagnosis and curative effect judgment of bronchial asthma, diagnosis of emphysema, preoperative preparation, diagnosis of interstitial lung disease, measurement of pulmonary diffusion function and small airway function. This department is one of the earliest units in the province to measure pulmonary diffusion function.

5, blood gas analysis and chemical ion analysis and the application of ventilator.

This instrument has been introduced into respiratory medicine since 1980s. It is mainly used for monitoring, rescuing and guiding clinical medication of critically ill patients in various departments, such as rescuing respiratory failure and correcting electrolyte disorder, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of cor pulmonale. After the implementation of this technology, the mortality rate of cor pulmonale in this department decreased obviously.

6. Rapid diagnosis and pleural biopsy of carcinomatous pleurisy

The rapid special staining method has been used to diagnose cancerous pleurisy for more than 10 years, and it has been diagnosed more than 200 times. This method has high specificity and sensitivity, and has the advantages of rapidity, convenience and cheapness. At the same time, CT-guided lung biopsy and pleural biopsy were also performed, with good results and significantly improved diagnostic rate.

7. Diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases

HRCT, CTPA and other techniques were used to diagnose pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, pulmonary embolism and other difficult diseases, and good results were achieved. A hematological tumor center integrating chemotherapy, radiotherapy, interventional therapy, apoptosis promotion and induction therapy was established, which brought the diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases and malignant tumors into line with the advanced level at home and abroad. Among them, the curative effect of arsenious acid on acute leukemia has reached the international advanced level. Hematology is one of the earliest units to carry out bone marrow transplantation in three northeastern provinces. At present, many medical staff have gone to the United States, Japan, Beijing Medical University and Suzhou University to study the most advanced hematopoietic stem cell transplantation technology at home and abroad. In three northeastern provinces, the first case of acute radiation sickness with bone marrow was successfully rescued. It is the first in the province to adopt exchange transfusion to treat thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, and has achieved good results. The research on the classification, treatment and prognosis of arsenic trioxide in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome is leading in the province.
