What is the difference between the teaching methods of university teachers and those of high school teachers?
When we arrive at the university campus, we will find that the teaching methods of university teachers and high school teachers are completely different.

High school teachers will seriously explain the knowledge to us in class, seriously ask whether we understand it, and try to make us understand it in class. In college, although college teachers give lectures very seriously, they don't talk in detail like high school because of time. Teachers spend most of their time talking about themselves and don't pay attention to students. If you want to learn well in college, you need us to teach ourselves after class.

In high school, we have all kinds of homework and weekly exams, which can continuously deepen our memory of knowledge points, and teachers will repeatedly remind us to explain them, so that every knowledge point is a household name. In college, teachers don't assign too much homework, basically there is no homework, and the deepening of knowledge points can only be taught by themselves after class. University teachers only talk about important topics once, and if they miss it, there will be no next time.

In senior high school, teachers expect us to take the initiative, answer questions actively in class and interact with teachers. In college, teachers usually talk about themselves, and they don't often ask questions in class. They just need students to listen carefully.

High school teachers are generally slow in giving lectures, and only a few pages of knowledge points can be told in a class. When reading reference books and textbooks, they will write the knowledge points on the blackboard for students to take notes. However, university teachers usually do PPT well in advance, watch PPT to explain knowledge points, and basically can't write on the blackboard. Let the students take notes, let them take pictures with their mobile phones, and then copy them after class.

At the end of each semester, high school teachers will spend half a month reviewing with students, explaining the knowledge points of each unit and commenting on the test papers, so as to raise their grades to the highest level. When I arrive at the university, the teacher will basically finish the course one week before the exam and leave a week or so for the students to review themselves. Teachers will only give students key points, knowledge points that need attention, and talk about examination questions.
