The interview will be strictly organized and the avoidance system will be seriously implemented. Interviewers are selected from the candidates. According to the positions and the number of recruits, the written test scores are from high to low, and the ratio is not higher than 1: 5.

After the interview, the written test scores and interview scores account for 30% and 70% respectively. The written test scores, interview scores and test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. Candidates' test scores are announced to the public according to the prescribed procedures.
