College students have rich theoretical knowledge and broad horizons.

The Internet is rich in thinking, responsive and fashionable, all of which are advantages.

However, skills and experience may be lacking.

Independent thinking, weak sense of team,

Poor endurance.

So according to my personal advantages and disadvantages, I think we can make efforts in the following aspects:

First, look for a job as soon as possible after graduation, even if the first job may have a low salary, you have to work overtime. No matter how long you can work, you must first understand the meaning of work, understand the real work, break your ideal world, and at the same time, see what you are good at.

Second, with the experience and knowledge gained from the first job, I will make serious efforts to find a second job that suits me. If I find it, I will try to improve my professional skills. If I can't find it, I'll do my original job for the time being.

In a word, I think getting rich comes step by step, and it is impossible to get rich overnight. Training, understanding and promotion at work may bring you more spiritual satisfaction and happiness than money.
