The dean of the college is Professor Luo, a famous economist and outstanding expert who enjoys special government allowance from the State Council. The college insists on introducing outstanding talents from home and abroad, optimizing the structure of teachers, and has formed an academic echelon with reasonable age, education, knowledge structure and academic relationship and strong comprehensive strength. Among the full-time teachers, 40% are doctors, 95% are masters or above, and more than 50% are teachers with professional and technical qualifications above associate professor. The college also hired a group of off-campus experts and scholars with profound academic attainments and rich practical experience in economic management as part-time professors. In the past five years, the teachers of our college have presided over or participated in more than 60 key scientific research projects such as the National Social Science Fund, the management discipline of Natural Science Fund, provincial and ministerial level, published more than 500 academic papers, published 32 academic monographs and teaching materials, and won more than 20 outstanding scientific research achievement awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level, which has had a good influence on the academic, economic, business and management levels.
