Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the undergraduate enrollment of Sichuan International Studies University in 2022.
Article 3 Schools shall follow the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the provincial recruitment office is supervised" stipulated by the Ministry of Education, and vigorously promote the "sunshine project" of enrollment in strict accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial recruitment office. Article 14 The school shall set up an admissions committee composed of the principal responsible persons and the heads of relevant departments, and set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which shall be responsible for studying and formulating major policies for undergraduate enrollment and discussing and deciding major issues for undergraduate enrollment. Chapter IV Application Requirements
Article 15 Physical examination requirements: According to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. To apply for a foreign language major, it is required that the pronunciation and hearing organs are disease-free; Applying for radio and television director requires normal hearing, no color blindness, weak color and night blindness; Broadcasting and hosting requires normal hearing, no color blindness, weak color, night blindness, no diseases in pronunciation, hearing and breathing, no obvious asymmetry in the left and right faces after taking pictures, and no strabismus in the left and right eyes; Candidates who apply for teachers' majors (preschool education and primary education) should also refer to the physical examination standards for the qualification of teachers in relevant provinces. If their health does not meet the relevant requirements, it is recommended to carefully consider whether to apply for normal majors.
Article 16 Foreign language requirements: English majors, translation majors, business English majors and business English majors (Sino-Australian cooperation in running schools) must be English language candidates, and other professional languages are not limited.
Article 17 Oral test requirements: Candidates applying for foreign language majors must take and pass the foreign language oral test organized by the local provincial recruitment agency (unless the local province does not organize foreign language oral test).
Article 18 Single-subject score requirements: In principle, the application for foreign language majors requires a single-subject score of 100 or above (150 score system).
Chapter V Enrollment Plan
Article 19 A school shall, in accordance with the national enrollment policy and the principle of educational equity, make overall consideration of the number, quality, personnel training and employment of graduates in the enrollment provinces, and formulate enrollment plans by province and specialty in 2022 in combination with its own school-running conditions. The enrollment plan is subject to the information reviewed by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, issued by the Ministry of Education and announced by the provincial recruitment offices. According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education, 35 undergraduate enrollment plans are reserved, which are mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online students.
Article 20 There are 54 undergraduate enrollment majors in our school, including four categories of enrollment 10 majors. After students enter school, they are trained according to major categories and diverted according to the school's major category diversion plan. The main categories and majors included are as follows:
1. China language and literature (including Chinese language and literature and Chinese international education);

Article 21 In 2022, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and joint bachelor's degree training programs shall be admitted separately with the code of the institution, the code of the bidding list or the professional code, and the enrollment plan shall be subject to the information published by the provincial recruitment authorities.

The major of logistics management (No.:moe50fr2a20212158n, professional code: 12060 1H) approved by the Ministry of Education is an undergraduate education project jointly organized by our university and the University of Strasbourg, France. You can get a bachelor's degree from Sichuan International Studies University (majoring in logistics management) and a bachelor's degree from Strasbourg University (majoring in economic management).
The joint bachelor's degree program of "French+Law" approved by Chongqing Academic Degrees Committee (Chongqing Academic Degree Letter [2021] No.5) is a joint undergraduate degree program jointly organized by our university and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. The enrollment school is Sichuan International Studies University. After completing the credits required by the talent training program and reaching the bachelor's degree requirements of the two universities, students can obtain a bachelor's degree certificate in French from Sichuan International Studies University, a bachelor's degree in literature from Sichuan International Studies University and a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Students participating in the joint bachelor's degree program study in Sichuan International Studies University for 1-3 semesters, Southwest University of Political Science and Law for 4-6 semesters, and Sichuan International Studies University for 7-8 semesters. The specific implementation plan is implemented in accordance with the joint school-running agreement between the two universities.
Chapter VI Access Principles
Twenty-second for the provinces and batches that implement "sequential volunteering", according to the principle of giving priority to school volunteering, qualified candidates are selected according to the scores from high to low; If the first choice is not satisfied, the vacancy plan will select candidates who are not the first choice. The provinces and batches that implement "parallel volunteer" shall be implemented according to the provisions of the local provincial admissions department. Candidates who have not filled in our volunteers will not be admitted to our college.
Article 23 According to the spirit of the relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Education and the provinces, Russian, German, French, French+law, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Czech, Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Turkish and Malay majors in our school are enrolled in batches in advance, and in Yunnan, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Qinghai. English majors (English, Translation, Business English) enroll students in Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Henan, Anhui, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Jilin, and Gansu in batches, in Qinghai in batches, and in other provinces in batches or ordinary batches; Non-foreign language majors are admitted in Tibet, Heilongjiang, Yunnan, Anhui, Gansu, Guizhou, Shanxi, Guangxi and Henan, in Qinghai, and in other provinces.

If there is no sorting rule for the same score in this batch, the scores of related subjects will be compared (foreign language and Chinese scores will be compared in turn for majors of literature, law, education and art, and mathematics and foreign language scores will be compared in turn for majors of economic management). Candidates who cannot meet the reported professional volunteers but obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to the vacant major; Candidates who do not meet the reported professional volunteers and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
Twenty-sixth majors are not limited to the proportion of male and female students.
Twenty-seventh Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan, Chongqing, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong implement the new college entrance examination policy, and the subjects selected must meet the requirements of the school.
Article 28 Admission principle of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: Within the enrollment plan of 1: 1, students will queue up for admission according to their professional wishes. Xinjiang class enrollment is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Article 29 In principle, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates who have filled in their professional volunteers, and may not change their majors after admission.
Thirtieth art majors (radio and television editing and directing, broadcasting and hosting) take the results of local unified examination or joint examination as the professional achievement standard.
Article 31 Admission principles for art majors: Candidates applying for art majors must reach the provincial control score (including policy points) where the college entrance examination is held, and pass the unified or joint professional examination. The provinces that file in parallel volunteer are admitted from high score to low score according to the candidates' file scores; In the provinces that file in a voluntary order, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. Comprehensive scores are calculated according to the percentile weight of cultural scores (including policy bonus points) accounting for 40% and professional scores accounting for 60%, from high to low, and with reference to foreign language and Chinese scores, the best candidates are selected. Candidates majoring in art cannot be transferred to non-art majors after admission. Comprehensive score = cultural score/total score of cultural score ×40+ score of unified or joint exam/total score of unified or joint exam ×60.
Article 32? The enrollment of day students is implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the "Sichuan International Studies University 2022 Day Students Admissions Guide".
Chapter VII Charging Standards
Thirty-third tuition, accommodation and other fees in strict accordance with the price approved by the Chongqing Municipal Price Department for the record. The charging standards of each major are published in the admission notice of the school and undergraduate enrollment. Full-time undergraduates are charged by the credit system, and the collection and settlement of tuition fees are carried out in accordance with the Scheme for Full-time Undergraduates of Sichuan International Studies University to Trial Charge by the Credit System. If you drop out of school or finish your studies early for some reason, the school will refund the remaining tuition and accommodation fees on a monthly basis according to the actual study time and accommodation time of the students.
Chapter VIII Rewarding Diligence and Helping Loans
Article 34 Students may apply for national scholarships (8,000 yuan/year), national inspirational scholarships (5,000 yuan/year), national grants (3,300 yuan/year on average) and outstanding student scholarships (first class 1500 yuan/year; Second class 1000 yuan/year; Third-class 600 yuan/year) and alumni scholarship. Students can also apply for national student loans (including student-origin student loans and campus student loans) in accordance with relevant state regulations, apply for green passage for freshmen and temporary difficulties subsidies, and participate in work-study programs and social practice activities.
Chapter IX Admission Registration
Thirty-fifth freshmen enrollment registration in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities" and "Regulations on the Administration of Students in Sichuan International Studies University". Freshmen should go to school for admission within the time limit stipulated by the school. Those who can't get to school on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school for no more than two weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave for two weeks after the deadline are deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically. After entering the school, the school will review the health and qualifications of new students. Those who fail the second interview will be treated differently according to the situation until they are disqualified. During school, anyone who cheats in the college entrance examination will be dealt with in accordance with relevant state regulations once found and verified.

Article 38 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the original requirements and policies of the university for undergraduate enrollment are inconsistent with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail. The right to interpret the articles of association belongs to the Admissions and Employment Office of Sichuan International Studies University.
