Business owners who openly promise to "take care of their employees all their lives"
*? *? *
The reason behind many seemingly great things is actually very simple.
I didn't start my business from the beginning. After graduating from college, I entered our family's hat making industry for the first time (win-win hat making).
When doing export business, you often have to race against the "customs deadline". Goods must be inspected, declared and released before the deadline. If we can't catch up, the customer can refuse to accept the bill, so this batch of goods is a waste of time and can only accept compensation.
At that time, we had to rush to customs twice a week. Every time the customs clearance is carried out, there are more than 100 people in the factory's back-end packaging department, delivery department and even billing girl, who have to burn the midnight oil and work overtime all night; Not only the people in our company have to work overtime, but also the agents, truck drivers and strapping workers assigned to inspect the goods have to be busy all night.
After midnight, my father always goes out to buy some dried noodles, pickles or bread and comes back to make snacks for everyone. During the "intermission", he can fill his stomach.
I'm impressed. Dad's snack distribution order is always fixed: first give it to the vendors who come to inspect the goods; Secondly, it was distributed to truck drivers, binding workers and other staff, the third round was distributed to colleagues, and finally it was our home.
When it's our turn to eat, everything may be cold and unpalatable; Sometimes there are too many people working overtime, the number of supper is not estimated well, and there are not enough copies, so we don't even have to eat. And whether there is food or not, the garbage left after eating snacks in the first three rounds should be cleaned up.
