Steady implementation of the "social security loan" pilot, small and micro enterprises that meet the requirements for applying for business start-up guarantee loans reach 25% of the existing employees (enterprises with more than employees 100 reach 15%) and sign labor contracts with them for more than 1 year, and can apply for business start-up guarantee loans, with a maximum of 3 million yuan.
