What is a certificate of student status?
A student status certificate can prove the identity of a student. The procedures for issuing student status certificates in different schools are slightly different, but they are all issued by the academic affairs office in the end.

I. Scope of application

Proof of school status includes proof of attendance, proof of resumption of school, proof of suspension from school, proof of retention of school status and proof of retention of admission qualification.

Second, the object of processing.

The certificate of student status (except the certificate of retaining admission qualification) is only applicable to registered students with student status, and non-registered students are not allowed to apply for the certificate of student status.

Third, the handling requirements

1. When applying for the student status certificate, the student himself or the client (the client needs to bring his ID card) must bring the student ID card (the student ID card needs to be registered); Voucher to the Academic Affairs Office for proof of student status.

2. If a student holds a template of his/her student status certificate, the Academic Affairs Office shall review the text content of the student's student status certificate and have the right to refuse to affix the official seal to the certificate that does not meet the relevant regulations.

3. The handling of other student status change certificates such as resumption of school, suspension of school, and retention of school status shall refer to the handling process of student status certificate.
