In order to promote the construction of school sports culture and improve the level of students' sports competition, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the actual situation of the school, our school continued to recruit high-level athletes nationwide in 20 15.

I. Enrollment Projects and Plans

1. Enrollment items: track and field, swimming, basketball (men), football (men) and badminton.

2. Enrollment plan: 63 people.

According to the needs of the construction of sports teams in our school and the measured results of sports events, the entrance examination of high-level athletes in our school adopts three-level classified examinations, namely:

A-level: select athletes with excellent performance in special physical education tests as planned, and take part in separate cultural examinations organized by the school.

Grade B: Excellent performance in special sports tests, training athletes of Grade II and above with good prospects. If the college entrance examination scores reach 65% of the second batch of admission control scores of undergraduate ordinary classes in the province (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located, the school will select the best students as planned.

Grade C: a second-class athlete who has passed the special physical education test and meets the needs of sports team construction in our school. Candidates whose college entrance examination scores reach the second batch of admission control scores of undergraduate ordinary classes in their provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) account for 50% of the total number of plans.

Our school will determine the enrollment plan of each project according to the needs of the construction of high-level sports teams and the results of candidates' special sports tests, in which the A level does not exceed 20% of the total plan and the B level does not exceed 30% of the total plan.

Second, the registration conditions

Persons who meet the registration requirements for the general college entrance examination in 20 15 years, have good conduct, are physically and mentally healthy, and are not over 22 years old (born after September/0/993 1 day) and meet one of the following conditions:

(a) track and field events: to obtain the national first-class and above athlete certificate; Won the national second-class and above athlete certificate, and won the top three in provincial and above competitions in the past three years.

(2) swimming events: obtain the national first-class and above athlete certificate; Won the national second-class and above athlete certificate, and won the top three in provincial and above competitions in the past three years.

(3) Badminton: It is divided into Grade A and Grade C..

A-level registration standard: registered in the Table Tennis and Badminton Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, obtained the national first-class and above athlete certificate, participated in one of the national games, national city games, national badminton championships, national badminton championships and national badminton youth championships, and won the top eight main players.

C-level registration standard: players who have obtained the national second-class and above athlete certificates and won the top three in provincial and above competitions in the past three years.

(4) Basketball events: the main players who have obtained the national second-class and above athletes' certificates and won the top six collective events in provincial and above competitions in recent three years.

(5) Football events: having obtained the national second-class and above athletes' certificates, and having won the top six major players in provincial and above team events in recent three years.

Remarks: The valid time of the competition results in the last three years is after 2065438+June 2002.

Third, the registration method

1. Registration for Cultural Examination

Candidates who apply for high-level sports teams must go through the registration procedures for the national cultural examination at the registration place according to the relevant regulations of the relevant provinces. And according to the relevant regulations of the relevant provinces, they have obtained the qualifications of high-level athletes in the relevant provinces for college entrance examination.

2. Sports special test registration

Candidates are requested to provide application materials according to the following requirements, bind them into volumes in order and mail them to the Admissions Office of our school by EMS express mail:

Candidates take screenshots through the comprehensive inquiry system of athletes' technical level on the website of the State Sports General Administration and print the certification results.

(5) Sports achievement certificate (copy mailed, original submitted)

Including: award-winning certificates of important competitions in recent three years, order books and achievement books used for handling athletes' grade certificates, which must be stamped with the official seal of the issuing unit and bear my name.

(6) Education certificate

Fresh graduates (those who have not issued graduation certificates) hold certificates issued by the school; Copy of graduation certificate of previous students; Candidates who apply for the same academic qualifications must provide proof of attendance and transcripts equivalent to senior secondary education, and the provincial education administrative department shall assist the enrollment school in qualification identification. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who have not passed the qualification examination are not allowed to apply.

Four, sports special test report time, place and audit

1. Registration time and place

Students who take part in the test should report to the designated place one day before the test of this project and go through the relevant formalities. The time and place of registration will be notified separately.

2. Qualification examination

Students participating in the test must bring their recent bareheaded one-inch photos, provide the original materials required for registration for identity verification, and sign the "Commitment Letter of Agreeing to Accept Doping Testing and Not Using Doping" on the spot. Candidates who refuse to sign a letter of commitment or accept doping tests are deemed to have voluntarily given up their qualification for testing. Candidates who pass the qualification examination take photos at the registration site and go through the registration procedures.

Five, sports special test time, place and content

1. Basketball has two test sites in Shandong Province and Huaqiao University Quanzhou Campus, and football, track and field and swimming have test sites in Huaqiao University Quanzhou Campus. Badminton and track and field events set up other test sites according to the registration situation. The specific situation will be notified separately. The test center in Shandong Province is scheduled to take the test in Shandong Experimental Middle School on February 3-4, 20 15, and the test center in Huaqiao University Quanzhou Campus is scheduled to take the test on March 17- 18, 20 15. Sixth, the principle of short-listed admission

1. All candidates who apply for high-level sports teams in our school should take the special sports test of high-level sports teams in our school.

2. Our school will select some candidates according to the results of the candidates' participation in the special level test of sports, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of high-level athletes and the needs of the construction of high-level sports teams in our school, and announce them to the public according to the regulations. After the examination and approval by the provincial admissions department, they will be regarded as having passed the special level test of high-level athletes in our school.

3. The high-level athletes who have passed the special level test of physical education in our school signed the "Huaqiao University 20 15 High-level Athletes Recruitment Agreement" with our school on a voluntary basis. If there is a unified organization of high-level athletes' qualification test in the province where the candidates are located, the above agreement can only be signed after obtaining the qualification confirmation of the corresponding provincial high-level athletes.

4. High-level athletes who have signed an admission agreement with our school can be admitted if they meet one of the following conditions:

(1) After the special physical education examination, the candidates who are recognized as A-level by our school take separate examinations (subjects are Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages) organized by our school and pass the examinations. The examination contents and requirements refer to the Examination Outline for Recruiting High-level Athletes in Colleges and Universities (No.33 [2009] of UNESCO).

(2) After the end of the special sports test, candidates who have been identified as B-level by our school and whose scores reach 65% of the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the province where the students come from, the school will apply and report to the local provincial admissions department for admission according to relevant regulations.

(3) After the end of the special physical education test, candidates who have been recognized as Grade C by our school and whose cultural achievements in the college entrance examination have reached the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores in the province where the students are located. According to the needs of the enrollment plan and the construction of sports teams, the school applies and reports to the local provincial admissions department, and selects the best candidates according to the relevant regulations.

Athletes and first-class athletes who have passed the test and reached the standard of B or C will be admitted voluntarily according to the corresponding level and can apply for the exam. The school will give extra points or give priority to the examination according to the corresponding results, specifically in accordance with the contents and management measures of Huaqiao University's 20 15 professional examination.

Special note: Candidates of Grade B and C must save and print screenshots of online inquiry results before July 6, 20 15 (subject to the postmark of the mailing date) and mail them to the Admissions Office of our school by EMS. Those who fail to post within the time limit will be at their own risk, which will affect admission.

5. High-level athletes who have signed an enrollment agreement with our school can fill in the relevant majors when filling in the college entrance examination professional volunteers. The enrollment plan of high-level athletes is listed separately, which does not occupy the enrollment plan announced by our school in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.

6. Our school has the right to ask the candidates who take part in the test to conduct spot checks on stimulants, and the test fees shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who fail the drug test will not be admitted.

7. If there is any change in the relevant provisions of 20 15 of the Ministry of Education, the new provisions shall prevail.

Seven, tuition standards

High-level athletes are charged according to their major after entering school, and the tuition fee is 5460 yuan/year. Athletes who perform well after arriving at school will also have the opportunity to enjoy the "Huaqiao University Yao Jiamao Sports Fund" award. Tuition fees shall be subject to the approval of Fujian Provincial Price Bureau in that year.

Eight. Constraint and supervision mechanism

2. According to the relevant regulations, the school will report the list of qualified students to the College Student Department of the Ministry of Education for the record. After the examination by the provincial enrollment department where the students are located, the Ministry of Education will publicize the list of qualified candidates through the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" (website:). 3. Conscientiously implement the responsibility system and accountability system.
