I always think my English notes are the best ~ I dare not say they are the best, but no one I know is more detailed and targeted than my notes in the remedial class. Why am I so confident?
For example, "contract", the first time the teacher said this word, it involved knowledge points, 1: N contract, 2. I thought the signing of vt was over, but a few days later, in a set of real reading, the word appeared again and the teacher expanded it again. It means (metal, muscle) to contract. So every page of my blank notes only involves a few words spoken by the teacher, and their knowledge points are found out bit by bit from the thick notes, and the knowledge points of each word are gathered in one place. Therefore, many things have happened, my knowledge points have accumulated more and more, and my English scores have improved obviously!
Below, I will share with you the experience of taking notes in all aspects of English:
1. Listen.
Before learning, I referred to many posts of Douban Thousand People and summarized the methods. English listening questions in recent ten years are the most precious. As for how to listen, I always listen to a paragraph for at least three days and listen repeatedly.
The first time: as an exam, listen carefully and do the questions.
The second time: no answer, don't look at the original text, listen to one side again and see why some places don't understand.
The third time: for the answer, look at the original text and look up the words (words in listening are also very important).
Fourth time: Look at the original text and listen. Think about why you made a mistake on this issue.
After that, you can listen repeatedly and try to hear every word clearly. It's really important to improve listening. As long as you persist, it is easy to get points and distance yourself. Because many people don't pay attention to it. I didn't believe it at first, and it turned out like this. If you pay attention, is it impressive?
2. Single choice. It involves grammar and vocabulary.
In fact, words account for a large proportion. How to remember words? Before I went to the remedial class, I followed the phonetic symbols that the high school teacher said. However, according to the phonetic symbols, I always remember wrong. Later, a teacher in the remedial class talked about a method ~ for example, contract, con- means together, -tract means pull. What brings two people together? This is a contract. So I remember. Very vivid ~ another example is de-, which means to emphasize that it is not good, to fall behind and leave. With these images and associative meanings, words are easy to remember ~ It's almost two weeks since I last learned English, but I still remember them clearly.
Grammar? I can't help it Look at every test center, such as flip-chip, imperative, emphasis ... do the questions comprehensively and watch them often. I always feel that I can improve my other aspects when I do grammar problems. The most obvious thing is that I can read and speak faster, because I can analyze sentences, which are long, difficult and clear.
Reading.
Reading is a process of accumulation. When you listen and make a single choice, reading is already learning. Other students, if their English is particularly poor, don't be afraid.
Students, continue to learn English. One of the ways I do reading is: First, look at the problem directly, understand the problem, and remember as many questions as possible, so that reading the original text is more targeted and efficient.
