About college secretarial courses?
I majored in secretarial science. As you said, there are many kinds of secretarial science. I'm studying public relations and secretarial science. Professional courses mainly include secretarial writing (specialized in writing official documents, such as asking for instructions, reporting and summarizing), file and archive management, public relations, administrative management, office automation, communication and eloquence, modern social etiquette, English and so on. Administrative secretaries work in general enterprises and institutions, and foreign secretaries mainly work in foreign companies. I haven't heard that the secretary for industry and commerce can write foreign-related documents. In fact, there are many things I can do after graduating from this major, but I belong to the same category: office clerk, assistant, secretary, receptionist, archivist ... If you have any questions, you can contact me directly. You're welcome.
