There are seven events in the table tennis competition of Chengdu Universiade, namely men's singles, men's doubles, men's teams, women's singles, women's doubles, women's teams and mixed doubles. The competition was held in Chengdu High-tech Sports Center.
According to the rules of the competition, a team has at least 3 people and at most 5 people to participate in the team competition. A team has at most 5 players to participate in the singles competition. A team can have at most two pairs of teams to participate in the doubles competition.

Zhou Kai studied at Shanghai Jiaotong University. Xu Yingbin studied at Southwest University. Manpai studied at East China University of Science and Technology.
The table tennis match was held from July 29th to August 5th. On August 1 day, the men's and women's team champions were born, the mixed doubles champions were born on August 3, the men's and women's doubles champions were born on August 4, and the men's and women's singles champions were born on August 5.
