In order to cooperate with the People's Liberation Army's March to the south of the Yangtze River, support the guerrilla warfare in South China and the patriotic and democratic movement of young students all over the country, and lead the youth movement in South China, at the end of the 37th year of the Republic of China (1948), the Central Hong Kong Branch of China set up a working group for young women, which was composed of Huang, Huang and Huang as the team leader. After the establishment of young women's organizations, they started and prepared to hold a meeting of South China students' representatives, set up the South China Federation of Students, and sent representatives to attend the National Women's Student Congress.
