Sixty-ninth schools may, according to the seriousness of the case, give criticism and education or disciplinary action to students who have made mistakes. The punishment is as follows: warning, serious warning, demerit recording, detention for observation and expulsion from school.
Article 70 A suspended sentence shall be one year in principle. Students who are subject to probation can terminate probation if they can seriously correct their mistakes and make significant progress during probation. Those who do not change after education should be expelled from school.
Seventy-first students will be expelled from the school in any of the following circumstances:
1, violating the Constitution and opposing the Four Cardinal Principles, undermining stability and unity and disturbing social order;
2. Violation of national laws, which constitutes a criminal offence;
3. Being punished for violating the laws and regulations on public security management, with a bad nature;
4. Serious cheating behaviors such as taking the test, taking the test, cheating in the second interview, and using communication equipment;
5. Plagiarism, copying other people's research results, and tampering with test scores, if the circumstances are serious;
6, in violation of school rules and regulations, seriously affect the school education and teaching order, life order and public place management order, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations, resulting in serious consequences;
7. Those who repeatedly violate the school rules, are disciplined, and do not change after education.
Seventy-second schools to punish students, should be due process, sufficient evidence, clear basis, accurate qualitative, appropriate punishment.
Article 73 Before making a decision on punishment, a school shall listen to the statements and arguments of students or their agents.
The school's decision to expel students from school shall be decided by the principal's office meeting.
Article 74 When a school disposes of a student, it shall issue a written decision on the punishment and submit it to itself. The decision to expel students from school shall be reported to the local provincial education administrative department for the record.
Article 75 The written disciplinary decision made by a school on a student shall include the facts, reasons and basis of the disciplinary action, and inform the student of the time limit for appealing.
Seventy-sixth schools should set up a student complaint handling committee to accept students' complaints about disqualification, expulsion from school, withdrawal from school, violation of regulations or punishment.
The student complaint handling committee consists of school principals, functional department principals, teachers' representatives and students' representatives.
Article 77 If a student disagrees with the punishment decision, he may submit a written complaint to the school student complaint handling committee within 5 working days from the date of receiving the school punishment decision.
Article 78 The student complaint handling committee shall review the complaints made by students, make a review conclusion within 05 working days from the date of receiving the written complaint and inform the complainant. Need to change the original punishment decision, by the student complaint handling committee submitted to the school to re study the decision.
Seventy-ninth students who have objections to the review decision may submit a written complaint to the provincial education administrative department within 15 working days from the date of receiving the school review decision.
The provincial education administrative department shall handle and answer the complainant's questions within 30 working days from the date of receiving the student's written complaint.
Article 80 If a student fails to file a complaint within the appeal period from the date of the decision on punishment or review, the school or the provincial education administrative department will no longer accept his complaint.
Eighty-first students who are expelled from school will be issued a study certificate by the school. Students leave school within the time limit stipulated by the school, and the files and accounts are returned to the place where the family is registered.
Eighty-second of the students' reward and punishment materials, the school should be truly and completely classified into school documents and personal files.
Article 83 The determination and handling of students' cheating in exams shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Nanjing University on exam discipline.
