The process of league members' development includes: eligible young people applying to join the league, identifying activists, training and inspection, identifying development targets, voting, approval, oath and education for new league members.

Membership conditions:

Willing to join an organization alliance and work actively in it. For middle school students, it is to join the League branch of their class, where they organize life, participate in activities, complete the tasks assigned by the organization, and receive education and supervision according to the normal plan of the organization. Once members are incorporated into branches, they should remain relatively stable and generally cannot be changed at will.

The representative of the superior league organization or the person in charge of the league organization at the corresponding level leads the new members to take the oath.
