On July 20th, 1978, the economic management newsletter was published, and the economic management monthly was officially launched in June 1979. Facing the first spring breeze of reform and opening up, Xu Dixin, Ma Hong, Jiang Yiwei and other academic masters and senior leaders joined forces with nine units (Institute of Economics of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Institute of Industrial Economics, Institute of Agricultural Economics, Institute of Finance, Trade and Materials Economics, Institute of World Economics, Institute of Economics of State Planning Commission, Institute of Economic Research of State Construction Committee, Institute of Foreign Economic Management of China Renmin University and Theoretical Department of Guangming Daily), and the editorial department was located in Institute of Industrial Economics. Since the publication was censored, economic management has received more attention. The Journal Committee of Peking University Library and the Overview of Chinese Core Journals of Peking University Library were included for the first time from 1 September 19921to subsequent editions, and the source periodicals of Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI) of China Social Sciences Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University were included for the first time from 1998 to subsequent years, and the economic management category was in the forefront. China Academy of Social Sciences China Humanities and Social Sciences Core Journal (2004 edition 1), the full text of which is reproduced by the Information Center of Books and Newspapers of China Renmin University. The general social sciences, economics and management all have high evaluation on economic management. The online publishing database of academic journals in China, Tsinghua University contains the full text, Xinhua Digest, China Social Sciences Digest and liberal arts in colleges and universities.
