Is it really a common phenomenon that college students have a strong bureaucratic atmosphere?
If you are like the student union of my university, the bureaucratic atmosphere is very strong, which led me to join the student union when I was a freshman, but I quit the club decisively when I was a sophomore. Because the bureaucratic atmosphere of the student union in our school is really serious, just like the hard-working minister in our freshman year, and if you wanted to be the minister of the student union department at that time, you definitely needed gifts and dinner. Besides, the president of our student union at that time was completely bureaucratic. Often put on a condescending posture to let you do this and that, basically no different from some officials outside. Moreover, some bureaucrats are bureaucrats in the morning, which is what I don't like the most, so this is also the reason why I resolutely chose to quit the student union when I was a sophomore, because I really can't stand this bureaucratic left-wing theme. I think the student union should be more democratic. If there is anything, it should be decided by voting, not by some leaders in the student union alone. This is actually very bad, and many times students will go out to eat almost every day. For example, when I was a freshman in the Student Union, I basically had to go to dinner two or three times a month and could do nothing. Every day is eating and drinking. If that's the case, I don't think it's necessary to join the student union. I don't know if this is the case in your student union, but it's very common here anyway. To sum up, this is where there is some bureaucracy in the student union of our school. I think it's best not to join such a student union. In fact, there is no benefit in joining. It's better to study it yourself.
