Experience sharing was done by 22 outstanding primary and secondary school teachers and teachers Gao and Cui Xiling, famous teachers in Huaxian County, who were among the best in the final teaching quality test in our town in recent three semesters. Zhou, the headmaster of the town center school, listened to all the teachers' speeches and made a summary. This is an exchange of teaching experience, an open sharing and an educational feast. Teachers do nothing, don't prepare manuscripts like reading documents, but they are eloquent, well-founded, emotional, lively and humorous, or unpretentious; Point or surface, more or less. For example, Guo, a primary school teacher, talks about cultivating students' study habits. She adopted a group management competition system, focusing on the cultivation of children's imagination and oral training. Teacher Zhang's motto is: "Without love, there is no education." This old teacher, who has worked quietly in the four-room education front for more than 30 years, deeply touched every teacher present with her "three diligence" education. Teacher Yu Zhenying, the third grade teacher, not only cultivated self-management, but also tried her best to make students like her. Teacher Qin, a young teacher who has just been transferred from a college student village official for more than a year, has made great achievements in the field of education. She loves to learn from teachers around her, and sets rewards for students in various forms. She is the patron saint of children's hearts. Teacher Gao Tao, who graduated from primary school in September, is a young teacher who dares to explore, is good at learning and is full of wisdom. He delegated power to students, calling them "law enforcement elders". Wu Xiaoling, a reflective teacher, Feng Xiaoying, a lip-service teacher, and Zhang Ling, a lazy teacher, have gained different scenery.
Wu Junying, a teacher from Class One in junior high school, talked about the classroom. She talked about five aspects of classroom management. Teacher Zhao Xueqin believes in the word "diligence" in teaching management. She often integrates ideological education into Chinese classes, and it is her educational requirement to enter the inner world of students. Teacher Zhao Lijun talked about how to grasp reading and writing, focusing on some methods to guide students to keep diaries, which was quite touching. Teacher Zhang Limin, an English teacher in Grade Two, is modest and pragmatic, focusing on the methods of correcting students' homework. Teacher Li Suhua talked about class education management from the aspects of cultivating students' habits and strict requirements, and talked about English teaching experience from the perspective of grasping classroom efficiency. Jason is a young and energetic teacher and a professional geography teacher. She manages her students freely and openly, and gives full play to their enthusiasm for learning. She and her students are very happy in class. Teacher Cui Xiling reviewed her growth experience from five aspects: "classroom, preparing lessons, learning to reflect and doing things as usual". Miss Gao expounded her specific methods from three aspects: "the edification of passion, the study in class and the reflection from time to time".
After three hours of teacher exchange, President Zhou of the central school sat quietly in the back, rustling and recording, smiling and nodding. At the end of the meeting, President Zhou's summary can be said to be another climax of the whole exchange meeting. It is not so much a summary as a report that is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. While affirming the success of this exchange, President Zhou talked about the three levels of the classroom-technology, rationality and Taoism, and talked about that teachers should not only improve their professional quality, but also improve their sense of life. She also said that the teacher in Room 4 must do a good job in reading students and should not owe them anything for reading. The vivid and profound explanation tells us where the root of education lies and how to go. The exchange meeting is over, but what we are left with is thinking and we need to take more solid steps.
