Is there a time and place limit for college students to buy half-price tickets with their student ID cards?
According to Article 20 of the Regulations on Railway Passenger Transport, there are time and place restrictions for college students to buy half-price tickets with student ID cards, as follows:

1, when there is a student's parents in the school.

2. When students drop out of school, resume school, transfer or drop out of school.

3. When students go back and forth between school and practice place.

4. The student ID card didn't register at school on time.

5. The preferential ride interval of the student ID card has been changed but the official seal of the school has not been stamped.

6. There is no "student train ticket discount card" or "student train ticket discount card" that is unrecognizable or inconsistent with the student ID card.

The Regulations on Railway Passenger Transport stipulates that:

Article 68? Passengers can check their luggage once with a valid ticket in the passenger compartment, and the disabled compartment can be used unlimited times.

Article 69? When consigning the following items, the shipper shall provide the transport certificate issued by the prescribed department:

1, gold and silver jewelry, precious cultural relics, currency, securities, guns;

2. Police dogs and animals protected by national laws;

3 shall not be sold for government propaganda at or above the provincial level;

4. Inspection-free items stipulated by relevant state departments;

5. Articles whose transportation is restricted by the state;

6. Other articles that the carrier thinks should be proved.
