First, the initial formation of the concept of "people"
In the middle school stage, because the ultimate goal of students' learning is disguised as the college entrance examination-a "single-plank bridge" for future survival by middle school teachers and parents, although quality education is widely implemented, the influence of traditional exam-oriented education still dominates the ideas of many middle school teachers and parents. Teachers who pursue the enrollment rate and parents who want their children to succeed have thrown their students into an examination machine, but students have "lost" themselves under this dual pressure. In a sense, it is understandable to design for survival, but this design is more precisely a forced alienation of students from body to spirit, that is, the concepts of "person" and "humanity" are not relatively correctly positioned in students' consciousness. Perhaps this judgment is too harsh, but so it is. In the university campus with a strong humanistic atmosphere, many students who have transitioned from middle school to university have a vague understanding of "people" and show helplessness when considering their own future and destiny. This is a kind of disorientation in middle school without the restraint and help of teachers and parents. Therefore, in the university stage where life should be oriented and oriented, the first lesson we should give these students is to have a relatively correct and complete understanding of the concept of "person".
In this regard, it can be said that offering college Chinese to non-Chinese majors is of strategic significance, because it can dilute the traditional political preaching method of correcting students' thoughts with its unique image and subtly correct students' cognition of "people". In the curriculum system, famous writers such as Tao Yuanming, Lu Xun, Shi Tiesheng and Lao She were introduced. Students can appreciate the concept of "human" from personal experience, and at the same time analyze the contents reflecting their personality, mind and humanity, which will make them more aware of the modern humanistic spirit of human life and development, needs and pursuit, freedom and creation, and thus appreciate the real "human". This is of positive educational significance for correcting students' psychological cognitive bias towards themselves and others, alleviating the negative psychological impact brought by middle school education and avoiding the occurrence of psychological diseases as much as possible.
Different from the text analysis in middle schools, this way of revising ideas in college Chinese teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional political preaching, so that students can establish a basic life orientation for themselves in a short time and form a basic understanding of "human" self-worth. It relatively shortens the psychological weaning period of students after entering university from middle school, and makes them form the initial direction of self-development earlier than in middle school. This can be said to be the correction of the most basic concept of "person" for students who have just entered the university campus, and it is an effective basis for effectively promoting humanistic quality education.
Second, the good cultivation of personal temperament
In today's schools, most students are only children. In family education, most parents often treat others differently because of "independence", which directly leads to obvious defects in many students' personal temperament, which is manifested in their weak self-care ability and bigotry in school life, which has become a roadblock to their school collective life and a serious obstacle to society in the future. If personality is not remolded in time in college education, it will not be conducive to the improvement of students' personal quality, the overall humanistic quality of colleges and universities, and the all-round progress of social civilization in the future. In short, this will have an immeasurable negative impact on students, schools and society.
As we know, literature is a anthropology, and the construction of college Chinese curriculum system is basically based on literary works. Therefore, in the teaching practice of college Chinese, in addition to basic skills training, it is also based on literary aesthetics. At this time, the analysis of literary aesthetic works is different from classics reading in middle school, but based on text analysis and literary appreciation, guiding students to discover beauty, know beauty, understand beauty and appreciate beauty at a higher level. This teaching mode has a unique advantage in cultivating students' personal temperament in the construction of humanistic quality in colleges and universities. Engels once said that he learned more about economics in Balzac's Human Comedy than he learned from historians, economists and statisticians from all walks of life at that time. This fully points out the educational function of social science in excellent literary works. Carrying out college Chinese courses among non-Chinese majors in colleges and universities can systematically and comprehensively spread the education of personality and character cultivation in humanistic quality, so that students can learn the truth of being a man in famous works at home and abroad and experience the true meaning of life, thus shaping their personal temperament at a new level.
At the same time, we should see that teachers, as engineers of the human soul, must also "learn from heights and set an example". In other words, in addition to infecting students with the necessary teaching art, we should also pay attention to teaching by example and edifying students with our own personality charm. In college Chinese teaching, teachers' professional ethics, social morality and other virtues naturally overflow, which is not only a useful exploration of teaching effect, but also a unique educational contribution to improving students' humanistic quality.
As the old saying goes, "there is a poetic soul in the belly", and the silent enlightenment of spring breeze can be said to be a good prescription for students' temperament education.
Third, the perfection of social character.
People are people in society. Living in social space can't avoid normal communication between people. Modern society is also a competitive society, which strengthens the relationship between people and between people and society. Therefore, in a sense, stepping into society and competition is not a simple individual competition, but also a broad social competition. If everyone lives only on himself, then his significance as a "person" will not be reflected, because his personal value has not been fully realized, let alone his social value. Therefore, we must see that it is necessary to cultivate students' self-temperament, and it is more important to shape students' social character. Therefore, in the reform system of humanistic quality education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to comprehensively shape students' humanistic quality from the height of society, that is, to carry out modern humanistic ideal education of "realizing human nature with truth, goodness and beauty as a whole and harmonious coexistence between man and the environment (nature and society)"
Throughout the ages, poets, novelists, essayists and even scientists have shown great social and humanistic care in many works. This temperament is not only the display of personal character and morality, but also the overflow of personal tolerance and social responsibility, such as Qu Yuan, Wei Zhi, Du Fu and Einstein. In their own articles, they not only show extraordinary tolerance, but also show sympathy for the public and concern for the rise and fall of the country. This is the natural expression that the value of "man" is higher than self, and it can also be said that it is the embodiment of perfect human nature and the spiritual wealth that we should learn.
Text analysis of the relevant works of non-Chinese majors can help students make the past serve the present, cultivate their humanistic temperament of putting country and society first, cultivate their sense of responsibility of putting country and society first over family, thus improving their social character, helping students to form their professional, social and national hearts after leaving school, and thus establishing the image of self in their gradual growth. This is the final formation of college students' self-cultivation, the basic goal of humanistic quality education reform in colleges and universities, and the talent model needed for the construction of modern civilized society.
Perhaps, a college Chinese textbook can't hold a complete life, and limited classroom teaching practice can't completely change college students' understanding of life and humanistic complex. However, we are glad to see that in the course construction of college Chinese, teachers pay more and more attention to the spirit of attaching importance to morality and carrying things, and the humanistic concept of free innovation of excellent western cultures under the guidance of "modern humanistic consciousness" This is not only of positive significance to our curriculum construction in the new century, but also to the reform of humanistic quality education in our colleges and universities, which is the level of quality education reform that we can't ignore.
Therefore, we should see that the correct positioning of the concept of "human", the improvement of human nature and the improvement of humanistic quality can make immeasurable achievements in the continuous promotion of education from point to area. At the same time, we should also firmly believe that if every college Chinese teacher has this teaching idea in teaching practice and persists in it, then the course construction of college Chinese will show new vitality and the reform of humanistic quality education in colleges and universities will also achieve considerable results.
