1. According to the university website, Jiangsu Ocean University was originally Huaihai University, founded in 1985, and later renamed Huaihai Institute of Technology. Before 2020, it was the second batch of enrollment, and Jiangsu Ocean University began this batch of enrollment. Jiangsu Ocean University has enrolled students in this batch in Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hebei and other provinces 16, and only a few provinces only enroll students in one or two universities.

2. Guilin Electronic Technology has been an enterprise directly under the Ministry of Electronic Industry since its establishment. It was not until 2000 that it was changed to a provincial university dominated by Guangxi management. This school is also the only two institutions that initially enrolled national defense students.
