In order to promote the deepening of the credit system from course selection to major selection, fully mobilize and give full play to students' learning enthusiasm, create a learning environment conducive to the growth of talents, and give students more room for independent choice and development, according to the provisions of Chapter 8 of the Interim Measures for the Teaching Management of Undergraduate Credit System in Northeast Normal University, the school decided to try to change majors in grade 2003 from 2004. In order to cooperate with the full implementation of the credit system and ensure the effectiveness of the whole school students changing majors, all colleges and majors must complete the planned indicators in principle. For majors with special practical reasons that are difficult to complete the planned targets, submit the actual planned quota to the Academic Affairs Office, and indicate the reasons for reducing the quota. In order to avoid conflict with the current national enrollment policy, majors that did not enroll students in the previous year will not enroll students for the time being.
2. The Academic Affairs Office tries to summarize the planned places of colleges and universities, reports them to the president in charge for approval, and publishes the planned places and assessment methods and procedures of various majors on the campus network. Each college conveys to students the relevant regulations, requirements and timetable for the school to change majors.
