Shanxi Agricultural University was founded in 1907 as a private Mingxian school, and later developed into a private Mingxian Agricultural College and a private Mingxian College. 195 1, changed from private to public, and established Shanxi Agricultural College; Shanxi Agricultural University, renamed 0979 from 65438, became one of the 99 key universities in China at the beginning of reform and opening up.
