After the completion of the second plant, it merged with the main plant and was renamed as Dayicheng Co., Ltd., which was put into operation in 1932 (2 1 year). The Yanta brand cotton yarn and Linsan brand cotton yarn produced by it have created famous brands. It is famous in Henan, Shaanxi and Shanxi. 1937 (26 years of the Republic of China) Japan invaded China and Xinjiang fell. Li remitted part of the funds to Ann and Lanzhou, and later set up "Dayicheng Wool Textile Factory" in Ann and set up Dayicheng Office in Lanzhou. During the Anti-Japanese War, Li was a director of Gansu Provincial Trading Company. 1949 died in Lanzhou at the age of 82.
