Requirements for college students to sign up for the Western Plan: fresh graduates or graduate students who have obtained graduation certificates and degree certificates, passed the physical examination of the Western Plan, have volunteer service experience and have served as student cadres in league organizations at all levels are preferred. 1. Get a diploma and have a real and valid resident ID card.

2. Pass the graduation physical examination and the western planning physical examination.

3. The total credit score (or academic performance) ranks within the top 70% of the total number of students in the same grade in the department.

4. Excellent student cadres, who have volunteer service experience is preferred.

5. Agriculture, forestry, water, medicine, normal school, finance, law and other majors that are urgently needed in the west are preferred.

6. Volunteers participating in the special action of grassroots youth work should have accumulated 1 month or more experience in grassroots work and volunteer service, or have won commendation and awards at or above the school level and served as the main person in charge of student organizations at all levels.

7. Pre-school household registration in the western region is preferred.

8. Fresh college graduates and graduate students who have been admitted as graduate students are preferred.
