Centennial College, founded in 1966, is the first public college and the first community college in Ontario, Canada. It is funded by Ontario colleges, universities and training departments. The school provides education services to the eastern part of Toronto through four main campuses and six satellite campuses, and has rich experience in demonstration teaching, innovative projects and partnership building. Centennial college is recognized as one of the most culturally diverse universities in Canada. It has accepted teachers and students from more than 65,438+000 ethnic and cultural backgrounds, who communicate in more than 80 languages. In 2009, Centennial College was named the best college in Toronto.

Admission requirements

? High school, technical secondary school, junior college and vocational high school education;

? For some special majors, special requirements must be met;

? For majors other than ESL, you must reach TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above;

? If the TOEFL score is lower than 550 or the IELS score is lower than 6.5, you can enter Centennial College through the following channels:

1. The TOEFL score is between 450 and 500, or the IELS score is 6. You can study two ESL courses at the same time in the first academic year, so in order to complete your professional courses, you should extend your study time;

2. If the TOEFL score is between 500 and 550, it can reduce the burden of professional (trade) courses and increase English class hours.

3. If the TOEFL score is lower than 450, you can take part in pre-service English study until your English reaches the required level.
