Chuanshan College of University of South China was approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government in August, 20001and confirmed by Ministry of Education in 2004. Located in Hengyang City, Hunan Province, it enjoys the faculty and teaching resources of South China University. College is the only school in Hunan province that does not distinguish between independent colleges and host universities.
