Qinhuangdao Campus of Northeast Petroleum University, referred to as "Dongyouqin Campus", is located at No.550, West Section of Hebei Street, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province. It is a secondary college and university campus under Northeast Petroleum University.

Qinhuangdao Campus of Northeast Petroleum University was founded in 1985, and the current president is Tan Yingjie. As of June 2022, the Qinhuangdao Campus of Northeast Petroleum University has 7 teaching departments, offering 6 undergraduate majors and 23 higher vocational majors.
