Kunming Medical University is a book. Kunming Medical University is the largest medical college integrating teaching, medical treatment and scientific research in Yunnan Province. It is one of the key universities in China's "Basic Capacity Building Project of Central and Western Universities" and one of the pilot universities in "Excellent Doctoral Education and Training Plan".

Kunming Medical University is a provincial key university. Its predecessor was the Medical Department of Donglu University, which was founded in 1933. 1956 was set up independently, 198 1 became the first batch of master's degree awarding units in China, 1998 became the doctoral degree awarding unit, and 20 10 was Yunnan Medical College.
