I'm Duan Jiahui from Medical College. I am honored to run for the presidium of Jianghan University Student Union, and I am very grateful to Jianghan University Student Union for giving me this opportunity.

In the past school year's work, the learning department has brought forth the old and brought forth the new, and held a series of innovative activities such as "Host Contest" and "One Stop to the End", which injected fresh blood into campus cultural activities. In addition, special events were held at major time nodes such as "12.4" National Constitution Day and the centenary of the May 4th Movement, and efforts were made to implement the ideological leading role of the Student Union.

In the future work, I will start from the following aspects and carry out my work.

In this school year's work, I really feel the important role of the learning department in ideological guidance. In the future, I will continue to adhere to the policy of "opening up a new path for the reform and development of the Student Union with the guidance of thoughts", and carry out a series of thought-leading activities at major time nodes such as 10. 1 National Day, 12.4 National Constitution Day, and World Book Day on April 23rd.

As the leader of the cooperation mode in colleges and universities, the Learning Department continued to organize a series of activities in cooperation with four colleges and universities, including the Business School and the School of Information Technology. Fortunately, there has been more progress this year, and the new ideas and ideas of the college have injected vitality into the activities. Our whole process of follow-up has enabled the college to make more standardized and reasonable arrangements in terms of time axis, activity flow and venue layout, and enhanced its ability to hold school-level activities. We also actively cooperated with student organizations and student associations, and held "Host Contest" and "12.4 National Constitution Day" activities. In addition, we also hold regular exchange meetings of the school learning department to ensure the frequency once a month. With the help of the work of the academic affairs office and the supervision center, the ministers of learning departments of various colleges were organized to have targeted exchanges on the contents of the meeting. Colleges and universities generally say that they have gained something from exchanges.

The reform of activities is mainly reflected in two aspects, that is, it is necessary to make a breakthrough in existing activities and innovate new activities. In the Super Speaker Final, we adopted an antagonistic speech similar to "Chipper Theory" to enhance antagonism, which not only made the contestants feel nervous and exciting, but also made the audience feel interesting and enhanced the attraction of the existing activities. We innovatively launched a series of activities of "one stop to the end", aiming at enhancing students' interest in learning, expanding their knowledge and becoming "professional and knowledgeable" young people in the new era. We find that senior students have more advantages in participating in knowledge contests, and their enthusiasm for participating in activities is more easily mobilized. Even for the first time, the proportion of finalists who are not freshmen has reached a quarter. The mode of knowledge contest provides a direction for encouraging senior students to participate in campus cultural activities in the future.

Reform and innovation have already penetrated into all aspects of society. As an important part of group work, student work should continue to promote reform. I hope the students will forge ahead in the reform and keep moving forward.
