No university in Taiwan Province Province teaches all courses in English, and teachers mainly teach in Mandarin. Only a few schools can use English textbooks, but only in Mandarin. Some former schools will offer some courses in English, but not many. If you want to exchange at Providence University, probably some courses will use English books. It is still very difficult to improve my oral English through daily life in Taiwan Province province, but it is more likely to be realized in Hongkong.
