Taobao University is a professional online merchant training center founded by Taobao, the largest online retail platform in Asia. It is its responsibility to promote the growth of online merchants. After more than six years, it has gradually formed a four-in-one post ability growth system for online merchants: MBA (online shop owner), online shop manager (store manager, department head), e-commerce elite (online shop front-line employees) and online shop operation expert (university entrepreneur). After continuous exploration and practice, Taobao University has developed a series of practical courses, with more than 50 experienced Taobao seller lecturers, and gradually formed a trinity teaching mode of online training, on-site teaching and training certification. The training footprint covers more than 40 cities across the country.
