First of all, after graduation (you don't need a diploma, just a certificate issued by the college), go to the Education and Culture Center of the Chinese Embassy in the UK to register your account and fill in your personal information.

Then choose the documents of returnees certification, prepare materials according to the above list, send materials, and you can get returnees certification in about one month.

This step can be done in the UK or at home. The time limit is within one year from graduation qualification to returning to China (subject to passport records).

After getting the diploma, open an account in the overseas academic certification system of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and fill in personal information.

There will be a list and remittance account number after filling it out.

The system will also let you choose a center to hand in the materials, and then enter the selection, which is available in every province.

Go to the called material center and ask them for the contact information of the translation companies that can be certified (note that they don't recognize all the certifications made by translation companies, and they must be designated institutions).

Submit the materials to the designated translation center.

After translation, submit the materials to the material center according to the specified list.

Wait 1 month, pay attention to the progress in your own system, wait for one week after the certification is completed, and then go to the enemy who handed in the materials to get the certification report.
