Liaoning University (LNU) is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The school is headed by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and jointly established by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education. It is a national "double-class" construction university and a national "2 1 1 project" key construction university.
