China Medical University (hereinafter referred to as China Medical University) is located in Shenyang, a famous historical and cultural city in Liaoning Province. It is a university jointly established by the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Liaoning Province, and was selected into the "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program".
It is a national key university undertaking the project of "training top-notch innovative talents", and has been selected as "Key Construction University of First-class University in Liaoning Province" and "Key Construction University of Domestic High-level University".
China Medical University is the earliest institution founded by China * * * Production Party. Its predecessor was19311,and it was founded in Ruijin, Jiangxi Province, the Military Medical School of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army and the Health School of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army.
The school is the only institution that completed the whole journey of the Red Army's 25,000-mile Long March in the name of the school and continued to run schools in the Long March. It is also one of the earliest medical colleges in China to carry out the college-style education of western medicine.
September 1940 was renamed as China Medical University. In 2000, it was directly under the former Ministry of Health and designated as a provincial department.
