The School of Public Administration of China Renmin University has three disciplines, and administration is one of them. Starting from different majors, the courses studied include the same courses in the whole school, compulsory courses and elective courses, and professional courses such as statistics, administrative law, public sector organization and management, public sector human resources management, and constitutional basis of public sector management are set up. After two years' study in college, I have a general understanding of the relevant contents of administrative management.
Compared with some science and engineering majors, the learning content of administrative management major is more extensive. It can be said that the major of administrative management trains generalists. At first, I was also confused. Is it really useful for us to learn so much?
Later, I found that because of the universality of the learning content, it would cultivate the diversification of my perspective. When I look at an event, I will adopt multiple perspectives. Therefore, after further study, I found that although the content of administrative management major seems to be extensive and not refined, in fact, every course arranged by the college for us to study has its purpose behind it.
There are difficulties and happiness in the process of learning. Sometimes I feel that I can't start because of too much learning content, but with the help of teachers and classmates, I will also gain something in complicated learning.
The essence of management is very important, that is, classification. The major of administration brings me important enlightenment that I should learn classified management in my study and life. Generally speaking, I think administration is a major that will bring people thinking.
